You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible
products.
The return period begins on the date you receive the product, as confirmed by:
- Delivery confirmation from the shipping carrier
- Signature upon delivery (if applicable)
- Tracking information showing delivery
Returns requested after the 7-day period will not be accepted except as required
by law or at our sole discretion.
3. Eligibility for Returns

5. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

6. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying all return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.).
Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund amount (if applicable).
We are not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping
method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
7. Refund Process

Inspection typically takes 2-5 business days from the date we receive the product.
7.2 Refund Approval
If your return is approved, we will process your refund as follows:

Price differences:

10. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:
